Design notes
The client and the brief
Lifeloop keeps families, seniors and caregivers in the loop, so care feels connected. The work was the web app, designed and built.
From idea to page
The idea is connection: keeping families, seniors and caregivers in the loop. The page shows that with people rather than diagrams, and says it in one line, with the word “together” picked out in colour. Everything else on the first screen is kept small so that line and the photograph do the work.
The first screen
The home page opens with one clear line, “Caring for your loved ones, together”, a short supporting sentence and two buttons: a filled primary button and a quieter outline one. Nothing else competes with them.
Colour
Mint is the accent. It picks out the word “together” and the primary button, and everything else is near-black type on a soft off-white page, so the eye goes to those two places first.
One human photograph
A single large photograph of people sitting together leads the page, in place of icons or illustration. It puts the people the product is for in front of the visitor straight away. Soft rounded corners and a light shadow keep it warm rather than formal.
