Who we are
This website is operated by the legal entity named in the footer of every page (“we”, “us”). If you have questions about this policy, use the contact details on the contact page.
What we collect
When you send a project enquiry we receive the details you type into the form: your name, work email, company or brand name, an optional website or profile link, your industry, what you need, a project summary, and an optional budget and timeline. We do not ask for more than we need to reply. You choose what to write, so please do not include sensitive personal information in the summary.
Why we use it
We use these details to read your brief, reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal. We do not use them for anything unrelated to your enquiry, and we do not sell them.
Who handles it
The enquiry form and the website are hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Your submission is then delivered to our inbox by email. Netlify is a service provider based outside India, so your details may be processed on servers outside India. We do not otherwise share your details, except where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. It sets cookies in your browser (such as _ga) and sends usage data to Google, including pages viewed, approximate location, and device and browser type. Google may process this data on servers outside India. We use it to improve the site, not to identify you personally, and we do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Analytics runs only on the live website, not on test or preview versions. If our use of analytics changes, this page will be updated.
How long we keep it
If you send an enquiry and no project follows, we keep it for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, and then delete it. If we work together, we keep the project correspondence and files for as long as the engagement lasts and afterwards for as long as we need them for our records, to meet legal or accounting obligations, or to handle a dispute. You can ask us to delete your details earlier, subject to those obligations.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to withdraw your consent, and to raise a grievance. Contact us using the details on the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may use any complaint route available under applicable law.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change, and change the date at the top when we do.
